How much is postage?
For your convenience, we offer a $12 flat rate shipping cost across Australian Metro Areas. Minimum order requirement: for online orders, there is a minimum order requirement of $20 excluding freight. All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment, unless out of stock. If you have placed an order for a product that is out of stock, we’ll send you an e-mail within 24 hours to notify you of the out-of-stock item. Delivery for online orders is only within Australia. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address. Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. We understand that at times this would be difficult but it is necessary to protect the goods you have ordered, and to verify to us that you have received your products. Generally, if delivery cannot be made, our couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be guaranteed.
Do you deliver outside of Australia?
Yes, we do. However, currently our website does not accept international orders. If you live outside of Australia and wish to place an order, simply send us an e-mail with the following details:
Your name/business name, products you would like and quantity, your postal
address. We’ll provide you with a quote for postage cost and you can pay via PayPal (accepts credit cards).
How should I store my chocolates?
Store them in a cool, dry place. Once opened, chocolates should be
stored in an airtight, sealed container.
How long would the chocolates keep?
Our products have a twelve month shelf life from production date, providing they are stored correctly.
How do I pay?
Origin8 Fine Food uses major credit cards and PayPal to process all customer transactions. PayPal accepts payment via Visa or Mastercard. There is no need to sign up for a PayPal account to enable you to process your
payment - simply select the 'Guest checkout' option and proceed securely.
Upon finalisation of your shopping and after entering your shipping address, you have the option to 'Proceed'. Pressing this button leads you to the PayPal payment description page, ensuring the payment mode used by our website to accept the online payments. Please click on the button at the bottom of the page called 'Checkout with Paypal’ and follow the prompts.
