How much is postage?

For convenience, we have a $13 flat rate shipping cost across Australian Metro Areas.

Minimum order requirement:

For internet orders, there is a minimum order requirement of $20, not including freight.

All orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of payment, unless out of stock.If you have placed an order for a product that is out of stock, we will send you an e-mail message within 24 hours to notify you of the out-of-stock item. Delivery is only within Australia. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address.

Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. We understand that at times this would be difficult but it is necessary to protect the goods you have ordered, and to verify to us that you have received your products. Generally, if delivery cannot be made, our couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be guaranteed.

For orders outside of Australia, we will provide you with a quote before proceeding with your order.

 

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

Yes we do. However, currently our website does not accept international orders. If you live outside of Australia and wish to place an order, simply send us an e-mail with the following details:

We will provide you with a quote for postage cost and you can pay via PayPal (accepts credit cards).

 

How should I store my chocolates and biscuits?

Store it in a cool, dry place. Opened chocolates or biscuits should be stored in a sealed container.

How long would the chocolates or biscuits keep?

Our products have a twelve month shelf life from production date.

 

Are any of your products Allery friendly?

Our Ovenly Cookies are free from - gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, salt, no perservative and vegan!

How do I Pay?

Origin8 Fine Food utilises the facilities of PayPal to process all customer transactions. PayPal accepts payment via Visa or Mastercard.
There is no need to sign up for a PayPal account to enable you to process your payment - simply select the 'Guest checkout' option and proceed securely. Of course, should you have a PayPal account please feel free to use this facility if you so desire.
