Seeds, myrtles, fruits, flowers, leaves, bark, berries, there is many amazingly delicious flavours to chose from in the Australian bush. After a lot of experimentation with volunteer chocoholics and nestar lovers we have chosen four amazing flavours to be perfectly blended with the most delicious, large whole Australian macadamia nuts. These ‘to die for’ flavours are then carefully infused in pure Callebaut Belgian style chocolate to give you a unique & truly Australian journey for your taste buds! The aroma of Wattle Seed, Lemon Myrtle, Rosella & Quandong, mixed with an inviting irresistible chocolate aroma, are carefully blended layer upon layer by our chocolatier, he slowly and patiently prepares these delicious treats... These flavours are very unique so to give you an idea of what ‘wild native’ flavours taste like, we have given a brief explanation bellow.
Lemon myrtle
